Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us or join the Afranet Training waitlist. This may include your name, email address, WhatsApp number, enquiry category, message, experience level, and what you would like to build.
We also keep the date and time of a Training waitlist submission so we can manage the waitlist and respond appropriately.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, manage the Training waitlist, share relevant launch updates when requested, operate and improve our services, and meet legitimate operational, security, or legal responsibilities. Where you choose to enable analytics, we also use aggregated website-usage information to understand and improve the site.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell personal information. We may use carefully selected service providers, including hosting, database, and email providers, where they are necessary to operate our website and services. We share only what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.
Training waitlist records are stored in Afranet's PostgreSQL database. We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a legitimate matter.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send highly sensitive information through ordinary email.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop using personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements. To make a request, email hello@afranetltd.com from the address associated with your request.
